My FYP Idea searching

Starting of the final year made me feel good and happy, but in the same time I was a bit afraid because I need to be more serious on planning to complete my final year project including the others subjects' activities.

With wonderful classmates, I started my final year, I felt so nice and I was so confident to finish this year easily, but here we go:

From the first week in the first class of my final year project, the lecture was explaining about the first form that needs to be submitted in the next week of that week. This form called Draft Project Proposal Form, which involved title and users of the project and why it's required.

In that time, I started to think and search for project idea. I found it so easy to find ideas, but I couldn't insure which one is going to be implemented without any difficulties. Oh my god, I spent around one week seeking in different projects areas and collecting information about projects.

Oh finally I found my project idea, while I was drinking my special tea, I thought about ATM fingerprint identification system. It was so interesting topic to me and I started collecting information about it. I have spent one day studying the topic and I determined to choose this idea to my final year project.

A day before the submission day, I wrote my Draft PPF as required and I submitted to the administration to set up the specific supervisor to this topic. It is not the end, it is just the beginning.

A week later, my supervisor has been selected and there was an appointment with her to discuss about the project, this meeting called supervisor clinic. I was so enthusiastic to meet her in the same day that she has been selected for my project, but I must follow the meeting schedule.

The meeting day, I went to my supervisor office to meet her and that was the first day to see her. She was awesome and fantastic. That time, I started thinking, what is she going to say about my idea? "is she going to say wowowo you came out with nice idea, no no no, she is going to say the idea is good but you need to improve it" I said.

Defiantly, she said "your idea is not clear, and it's already implemented by other students. So in order to complete this project you need to come up with challenge rationales and objectives". She was a bit serious, in the same time I was happy because I really like her.

Anyway, for me modified better than rejected.

My Best Friends

“Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never ever the same” (Unknown). How beautiful and wonderful the word "friend", it comes to make happiness in our hearts.
